Der Prozess beginnt mit dem Verst\u00e4ndnis, wie die Arbeit derzeit erledigt wird, wo Zeit verloren geht, wo Fehler passieren und was das Unternehmen tats\u00e4chlich ben\u00f6tigt. Von dort aus erstelle ich einen praktischen Verbesserungsplan, helfe bei der Entscheidung, welche Technologie sinnvoll ist, baue oder konfiguriere die L\u00f6sung und unterst\u00fctze sie nach der Implementierung.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
